The Career Partners Network is a unique program that gives students the opportunity to explore future career opportunities while simultaneously providing companies and recruiters with the chance to introduce their company to young professionals looking to break into their industry.

Where the Internship Experience Begins

UD recruits the brightest and most motivated students interested in sales and marketing from colleges nationwide. Over 700 hand-picked students attend out comprehensive week-long training, where they further their interest and confidence in sales by preparing professional presentations through classroom sessions that deal with advertising and marketing theory.

Where Preparation meets Opportunity

Being a partner will allow you to bring your company's employment opportunities to the forefront of the career search for our ambitious interns by sharing one-on-one insight. It will also entitle you to access to our proprietary, password protected intern resume database and the job posting section of our website.

Where Beneficial Relationships are Built

Once the interns complete the program, they will submit their resumes for posting in our database. All partners will have access to the resume database which shows national ranking within the program and can be sorted by region and graduation date. We will often make recommendations to partners based on our perception of a "best fit" candidate.
